Coffee Creme Brulee is a variation of the traditional French dessert, Creme Brulee. It is made by adding coffee to the custard mixture and then caramelizing the sugar on the top to create a crispy, caramelized crust. It can be worked as a standalone dessert or coupled with other coffee-flavored deals with.

COFFEE CREME BURLEE

Components

2 1/2 cups fresh cream
1/4 cup ground coffee
3/4 cup castor sugar + to spray
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method

1. Preheat the oven at 160 ° C.
2. Fill some water in a moka pot maker, add ground coffee in its strainer. Attach the leading part and cover it with the lid. Place the pot on direct flame. Bring it to a boil on low heat till the preparation gets gathered in the top compartment of the moka pot machine.
3. Heat fresh cream in a deep pan, add castor sugar and cook till the sugar melts.
4. Include the coffee decoction into cream and blend well. Set aside to cool slightly.
5. Break the egg yolks from the eggs whites in a bowl. Add the vanilla essence into the yolks and mix well. (Utilize the egg whites for any other dish of your option.).
6. Add a part of coffee-cream mix and blend well, gradually include the remaining mix and mix till well combined.
7. Strain the mixture into a container and put into specific oven proof cups, position the cups on a baking tray, add some water in the tray and location it in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
8. Bring the cups out of the oven and allow to cool to room temperature level. Position them in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
9. To serve, spray some castor sugar over the ready cups and caramelise the sugar utilizing a blow torch.
10. Serve.
