Relaxing tea with a citrus kick! Try the refreshing Citrus Tea Punch to cool down this summer season.

CITRUS TEA PUNCH

Active ingredients

1 orange
1 lemon, heavily sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tins pineapple-orange juice
2 tea bags
8 tablespoons sugar
10 strawberries
Ice, as needed

Approach

1. Boil 2 cups water in a deep non stick pan. Put a tea bag in it and let it infuse.
2. Add 4 tbsps sugar and stir till it liquifies. Discard the tea bag, pour into a large bowl and let it cool.
3. Hull strawberries and slice them roughly. Cut in half orange and cut into thin slices. Peel 3-4 pieces and chop them roughly.
4. Add lemon juice and the chopped fruits to the tea decoction and mix.
5. Half fill tall serving glasses with ice, put the tea preparation with fruits into the glasses.
6. Fill the glasses with pineapple-orange juice. Decorate the rim with a lemon slice and serve immediately.
