BERRY SHAKE.

Active ingredients.

3 cups oat milk.
10-12 fresh strawberries.
4 elaichi bananas.
20-30 fresh blueberries.
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds.

Method.

1. Hull the strawberries. Peel and slice bananas.
2. Transfer strawberries, blueberries and bananas and sunflower seeds in a mixer jar. Include oat milk and mix to great mixture.
3. Serve.
