Asian Style Grilled Chicken|Grilled Chicken with Sweet Chilli Sauce|Grilled Chicken Dish|Sweet Chilli Lime Grilled Chicken|Healthy Grilled Chicken|Grilled Chicken|Garlic Lime Grilled Chicken

Components for Asian Style Grilled Chicken:

( Tsp- Teaspoon; Tablespoon- Tablespoon )

Chicken Breast Fillets- 4 fillets- 400-450 gms

1st Marination:
– Salt-1 tsp
– Crushed Pepper- 3/4 tsp
– Garlic powder- 1/2 tsp

2nd Marinade
– Sugary Food Chilli Sauce- 4 tbsp
– Light Soy Sauce- 2 tsp
– Lemon Juice- 2 tsp
– Olive oil- 3 tablespoon
– Red Chilli Flakes- 1 tsp

Preparation:

– Wash and pat dry the chicken fillets. Trim it to make the fillets of equal width and uniform.
– Now include the salt, crushed pepper and garlic powder. Set aside for 15-20 mins.
– To prepare the marinade, take a little bowl and include all the items pointed out. Mix and include this to the chicken fillets. Rub it to coat it evenly.
– Cover and keep aside for around 1 hour.

Process:

– Preheat the grill pan and add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Brush it evenly over the grill pan & place the chicken pieces side by side.
– Grill on one side for 3 mins on medium heat and then turn on the other side. Repeat on the other side for another 3 mins on medium heat.
– Now baste with the marinade and grill it on low to medium heat for around 3 mins Again turn it on the other side and grill it for another 3 minutes.
– Get rid of and serve with a side of sautéed veggies.
