Grated ginger– 1 teaspoon
Green chilli– 1
Coriander leaves

  2. An excellent way of folding for a stuffed Paratha. I think, a novice can easily try out this method without fear of the stuffing popping out whilst rolling the stuffed Paratha out, and neither has one to be careful of both the consistency of the dough and dryness of the stuffing. It makes life easier rather than making two chapatis, on one spreading the stuffing and then placing the other on it and finally rolling it out. Yes, this particular method does allow a generous spread of stuffing without fear of it oozing out a various places while rolling it. I feel this method of preparation is particularly useful for rice eaters where chapatis is not amongst the staple diet of that region, YES, even in today’s scenario.
