  5. They all look delicious. I especially like the one with leeks. I grow my own vegetables and I’m a pescatarian. Appreciate any recipes for my needs and tastes.

    1. @debbybrady1246 That leek dish sounds like a winner! Growing your own vegetables must make meals extra special fresh ingredients really elevate a dish. Since you’re pescatarian, I bet there are a lot of seafood-based recipes you enjoy. Do you have a favorite type of fish or seafood you like to use in your cooking? I’d love to hear about your go-to meals!

    2. @ I live on the Texas Gulf coast and I love to fish. I basically only fish for shark. Texas has a very strict limit of one per person and over 24”. I only keep males around 30–36”, best for steaks. I love Reds and flounder too but weather has changed so fishing is harder. I buy wild salmon and tuna. Since shrimp is the big industry here we also eat them. I cook so many recipes it’s hard to pick any real favorites. I usually just eat fish once a week though.

    3. @ That’s awesome you clearly know your stuff when it comes to fishing! Shark steaks sound amazing, especially from the 30–36” range ,nice balance of size and tenderness. Do you usually grill them or have a go-to prep method? I’ve heard Texas waters can be tricky lately with the shifting weather patterns has that made a big difference in where or how you fish? Also, since you’ve got access to incredible shrimp and buy wild salmon and tuna, do you ever do any curing or smoking at home? Sounds like you’ve got a dream setup for seafood lovers!

  6. oh I would LOVE to have a garden tour of your home garden!!!! PLEASE!

  8. Hi Sunshine, happy to report I’ve just found fresh lasagna (not common where I live) and tomorrow I’ll make the dish🥳 Happy days!😉
