Wonderful video. I enjoyed meeting Jamie 21 years ago in SF. He is the warmest chef and TV personality I have ever met. What a lovely family. He is such a great guy—the best of England. I will always wish him well, and he taught me a lot about flavor, ease and skill in the kitchen, all the while making things fun. He is a generous and fun person.
