Sweetcorn kernels add a mild natural sweet taste and crunch to the raita. Serve this with pulao or biryani and let it do its magic!
Active ingredients
3/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels
1 1/2 cups cooled yogurt
3/4 tsp roasted cumin powder + for sprinkling
Black salt to taste
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp red chilli powder + for sprinkling
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves + for scattering
Approach
1. Take yogurt in a big bowl. Add roasted cumin powder, black salt and chaat masala and blend till smooth.
2. Add red chilli powder, coriander leaves and boiled sweet corn kernels and blend well.
3. Transfer the raita into a serving bowl, sprinkle red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and coriander leaves. Serve.
