DAHI WALE PYAZ
Components
1 cup yogurt (dahi).
3 medium white onions (pyaz).
1 light green chilli.
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves.
Salt to taste.
1 tsp lemon juice.
Technique.
1. Cut in half the white onions and very finely slice them. Gently squash the slices with your hand and transfer into a bowl.
2. Finely chop green chilli and include into the very same bowl. Add coriander leaves, salt, and lemon juice. Stir in the yogurt till well combined. Place this bowl into a refrigerator for thirty minutes.
3. Transfer into a serving bowl.
