    1. I suppose you could use a no-knead gluten free bread recipe and just add cheese and olives to it.

  4. I’ve made a similar recipe with Kalamata olives but I put the dough on parchment paper then put it in my dutch oven. Saved sticking to the pot although yours came out without a fight. It is quite tasty.
