  5. The Barley soup looks amazing! and I will try it out next time we have a cool day. The couscous however, I have issues with… My husband is Moroccan and I have learned to make it many ways from my mother in law and sisters in laws. And while your finished dish is beautiful and I’m sure it taste very nice, I would not call it couscous royale, especially without meat!
