I love chicken pot pie! I use the exact recipe except mushrooms. I make my pies in ramekins instead of one large pot and freeze half of them wrapped in I use cellophane and aluminum foil. I use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor and convenience since I donβt have to cook it. So yummy! ππ
