  1. Too much work and too many ingredients. Eating the fruits, in season in proportion, right away would be way easier and healthier.

    1. Oh yes! A video about eating raw fruit with no cooking would be great! 😅

    2. @docbob9638 Sure. You don’t have to “cook” everything and shoot video about it.

    3. @devrimumit5700 and you dont have to watch a video about coocking to complain about not coocking is better (althogh it is)

  2. 💯💯💯💯💯❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

  3. Thats not healthy, its full of sugar. No body needs 5 portions of fruit a day.

    1. @heatherstephens9295do a bit of research love. You sound uneducated in the matter.

    1. Not for him, I guess. Overfueling the body with so much (fruit) sugar seems to be okay with him. Yet, circulating the video in public space and advertising it as a “healthy” dish/breakfast is beyond a personal choice. It is irritating&alarming and requires legal work in the name of public health.

  4. Dear Jamie, I wouldn’t have the strength in my hands to squeeze those oranges…I’d be finished after one! 😮❤

  5. It looks wonderful, but the cost of the ingredients would be a bit too much for an ordinary family’s breakfast table. Plus – with respect, Jamie – fruit is a form of sugar so too much of it isn’t healthy.

    1. He said fruits in season, and you don’t have to use as many fruits. Yes sugar is in fruit but it’s better and healthier than cereals which is high in sugar and preservatives. FYI, apples, pears, plums will work for this recipe, get your family involved with chopping the fruits.

  6. I think a lot of people are missing what this content is about. It’s batch cooking meaning you set a day aside to cook. You have the options of using fruits of your choice, the sugar from fruits is better than actual sugar. It’s about portion control and watching your calorie intake.
I’m a Health Coach and will definitely be making this minus the oil, which I will replace with natural peanut butter on the porridge. I will squeeze the oranges with my little juice squeezer.

  7. One of the most important meals of the day? Cheers for pointing that out
