  5. I love watching Jamie. I have used condensed mushroom soup for sauces for years. Cracked black pepper, garlic, finely chopped shallots and some mustard in it, a few slice fried onions and it is fantastic with steak. So many variations for chicken, fish, etc. Becoming difficult to find now, though – and far more expensive than it used to be – but what isn’t?
