  1. I was never fond of scrambled eggs until I’ve tasted the english version mhmm mhmm. French version seems like a chore

  2. Nice, but I like your version better (old video). How about doing the scrambled eggs 3-ways Asian style (F.ex. Japan, Korea, China-variaties)?

  3. Fry bacon until it starts to crisp add mushrooms and tomatos, butter cook until mushroom are to your liking reduce heat add eggs.

    1. Your pour the egg mix over top of all of that? Or bacon separate (I would imagine)?

    2. All chopped up and mixed. Pour eggs in and scramble. Seasoning to taste. It doesn’t look as nice as it tastes.

  4. Hi, I’m french, back in high school my best friend was in culinary school, my sister in law did culinary school too, my step father son’s too and more recently my last boyfriend also did culinary school, they all worked in 4-5 stars restaurant for years, or still
I’m sorry, but none of them ever did scrambled eggs this “french way” , they all did different culinary school and they all learned the same way, eggs in the pan medium-low heat with some butter, scrambled and then stopped the heat in the pan with cream (or milk if the client ask for more “light” eggs), this way is mandatory in stars and regular restaurant here
Again, I’m sorry, but im not even sur if this way in the video is safe to eat

  5. I prefer the American style, cooked soft. I never order scrambled eggs in an American restaurant because they overcook them. This is definitely a dish best made at home. I also like additions from time to time: Green onions, chives, and a sprinkle of cheese. mmmmmmm

  6. Love my eggs 🍳🍳🍳 never tried French style, but looks Delicious, more great recipes, best wishes to Jamie & Family 😍

  7. If you do it right you don’t need to use cream?
I love cream in my eggs
