We make them in southern Italy a lot, those caramelized figs; they’re absolutely, divinely yummy. And I love them being served with ricotta, adding even more yum to them.

In my opinion, Gordon Ramsay is the Best! Chef in the world. Why do I think so? Simple. He goes out to all parts of the world, learns the culture and cooks the food and incorporates everything he learns in his dishes. This man is a genius!!
