  1. Just left Memphis Wednesday. I ate at Rendezvous and agree with your assessment. I’ll try the BBQ shop and central next trip.

  2. I wish I would have been able to see you all here! I have been a big fan and buy your products and use them on everything!
I just moved out here from New Mexico and the bbq is different from west Texas but it’s still very good
I’ll keep an eye out for you all on your next trip!!!

  3. if that’s where you ate, you should have just went to a Tops! 😂😂😂

  4. Shout out to Arnold’s. When we went down there we hit those plus a few more and I thought they were the best. Plus being from the Midwest I’m closer to the rib tips more than anything else. Their collards were on point also!

  5. I like Rendezvous for the one of a kind, frozen in time, atmosphere and some good flavors that are the same, every.single.time.

  6. Went to Central in Southaven today. Ribs were decent. Better than the one on Poplar. Bbq shop is my favorite, been there many times. Not a fan of rendezvous.

  7. I can find decent retail bbq, but nobody beats my ribs and it is usually a disappointment anywhere I go.

    1. Here in Memphis cozy corner sells half rack for like 18 and it’s the best in Memphis IMO. But you’re never gonna get ribs better than yours because if they spent as much time and effort they wouldn’t make any money or they’d charge an arm and leg

  8. I love this. It would be great if you did a similar tour in other bbq cities like Austin.

  9. Rendezvous is definitely more a nostalgia and staple type joint but its edible for sure
