My favorite steak binder was southern basting sauce from Louisiana but they are not longer in business unfortunately. Reply
Have to be carful with the W, it will add an anchovy aftertaste if it’s allowed to soak into the steak. Reply
Tenderize it first then add Worcestershire sauce and it soaks in deeper👍🏻👍🏻giving the steak a awesome flavor Reply
Been using a mix of w sauce and soy sauce as a binder for years my man. Stop you are giving up all the secrets my bro😊 Reply
Man, I tried this yesterday on two types of steak and it does add just enough flavor that you almost don’t recognize it. The color was nice but the flavor and juiciness was over the top. You sure know how to make delicious food. Reply
I use a little bit of avocado oil for steaks. Seasoning sticks nice and gives it a good crust.
Who cares?
@johnlebzelter4208 I like how you liked your own comment 😂
Good tip! Avocado oil has a super high smoke point so it’s ideal for this
@johnlebzelter4208 About you? Good question.
