Chargrilled Greek Ribs.

WHAT MALCOM USED IN THIS RECIPE:.
– Gyro Hero Jalapeno Greek Flavoring.
– Black Gloves.
– White Cotton Gloves.
– Thermoworks Thermapen

Grilled Spicy Greek Ribs Dish.

Ingredients.
– 2 slabs St Louis Spare Ribs.
– 1/4 cup Gyro Hero Jalapeno Greek Flavoring.
– 8oz red white wine vinegar.
– 2 Tablespoons kosher salt.
– 2 Tablespoons split black pepper.
– Juice from 1 lemon.
– 6 oz olive oil.
– 2 teaspoons honey.
– 1 Tablespoon fresh oregano.
– 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley.
– 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme.
– 1 stick butter.

1. Eliminate the membrane and cut any excess fat from each slab of ribs.
2. Drizzle each slab with a little red wine vinegar and season with kosher salt, black pepper, and Gyro Hero Jalapeno Greek Spices.
3. Prepare grill for indirect cooking at 275 degrees – any smoker can be used simply keep the temperature the exact same.
4. Location the ribs on the cooking grate meat side up and prepare for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Flip the ribs over to meat side down and continue to prepare for thirty minutes. At this point the color ought to be even and the bones ought to start to pull back – if not, continue to cook.

  3. The good thing about this recipe is you could smoke and wrap them, cool them off and then just grill them to bring them back the next day if you have an event you want to prep in advance for.

    1. I petition him to remake videos he already made. New viewers necessitate rehashing information. Magazines did it before the internet. I learned to make a perfect pork butt on my Kettle from him.

      Ain’t that just the truth. This man is a legend in my opinion. The first time I saw him all I had was a &$@;)$ electric smoker. He changed my whole outlook on outdoor cooking. I’ve got a yard full of smokers now and I do some kind of cooking out there every weekend, hell or high water.

  13. My next door neighbor, growing up, cooked his ribs like that. He didn’t wrap them though…THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD SMELLED MARVELOUS…FOR HOURS!!!
