  1. I’ve been craving Sun Tea. I’m definitely trying it. Childhood memory!

  2. I’ve been making sun tea my whole life, I never saw any other families doing that, I just though it was something crazy my parents did. But all summer, every summer we had a large glass jar of sweet sun tea in the fridge.

  3. Now living in AZ where it’s hot all the time I make this on the regular. My Mom and I would make this when I was a kid back home in TX. Thanks Malcolm for keeping this tradition alive!

    1. I’m in Texas and just put my gallon out in the sun now. 😊 Have a blessed day.

  4. You took me back to when I was a kid too , I’m going to make some too Thanks!!! 👍✌️

  5. Sugar all in the bottom. Also, you need way more tea bags. Sun tea is 10/10 if made right. Wait to add sugar until after you bring it inside. Add sugar, lemon, whatever, and stir while its warm so it dissolves. Then add your ice and enjoy. Best tea ever

  6. Malcom, your content always brings a smile to my face.
    Love you man!

  7. Ive been making cold brew instead lately but sun tea was a childhood favorite

    1. That’s the cheapest tea they sell per ounce at Dollar General here in Ohio.
You can make a huge amount of tea with one package of that. Him using for teabags I think is pretty strong.

    2. @AvgGardenVarietyI make it strong as well so when the ice melts it’s perfect.

  8. Thats how my grandparents made their tea, every summer! You sir just gave me idea’s. I think i will do this just so it could really take me back

    1. @cyclops1105i don’t use that much sugar. I also switch between regular sugar and fake sugar. Probably not much better though.

    2. @Cdp1978 if you’re drinking that much tea I’d say half-and-half is better than all fake or all real sugar.
Makes sense to me at least, I ain’t no doctor either though.

  9. I love sun tea. I get excited for the warm weather to come back for tea season every year.

  10. Did this all the time growing up in Florida. Now I live in Maryland and still make it in the summer.

  11. Been doing this for 50 years in Arizona. No sugar though. The sun gets rid of some bitterness. Make it this was and then in a tea brewer or coffee pot. You can tell the difference.

    1. @justinyates1223I think that if you need a artificial man made sugar to enjoy your drink, that you are a yankee.

    2. Part of being from Louisiana is also being half drunk most the time 😂

  12. That comment at the very end. You know that came straight from the heart. Instant reaction.
