  1. I gotta stop watching this stuff while I’m hungry
Looks good as per usual 👌

    1. Well you see his size, i think he doesn’t know what he’s doing, Yeah ruining his body

    2. @ybz-bi5dj Tell us how good your soylent shake was that you had for breakfast, lunch and dinner💀

    3. Kind of. I’m not impressed by someone who uses bottled dressing and off the shelf rub. Even I, a good home cook but not a video maker, make my own rub using sugar (brown or white or coconut or…), paprika, Chile powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and whatever my creative mind come up with. Marinade the same way.

    4. @ybz-bi5dj he’s enjoying life something you should try more often

    5. @Kingfisher1215super impressive, paprika, sugar, garlic and chili powder, salt and pepper… really groundbreaking stuff you’re working with

  2. Tried this today for the family on Mother’s Day and as Malcolm says when he takes a bite of something good
    “Whaaaaaat!”
It was delicious! Thanks for making me look like a master chef once again!

    1. Same here, they’re cheap and very tasty. They’re always a hit at our BBQs

    2. I always cook a few in the nesco and make sandwiches out of them for lunch at work. Way better than bologna or sliced turkey out of a tube!

    3. Okay, so we just cooked chicjen thighs on the grill for the very first time last weekend. Used to use chicken breast but it would get dried out. Glad we tried it. The family was skeptical lol

  3. As soon as I hear that thick Southern drawl, and see them charcoals, I know this is gonna be delicious!

  4. Something I appreciate about Malcom’s videos is that he doesn’t push his own products. He uses them, but never says “Use my rub”, he always says “I am using my rub, but use your favorite rub.” And this is why I buy his products. He is out there to show us how to cook BBQ because he is passionate about BBQ. He is not levering it to sell his products.

    1. Agreed, but I will tell you, “the bbq rub” is the only premixed seasoning blend that I have on hand at all times. It serves as a great base for chicken.
Every other bottle of seasoning I’ve purchased to taste: meat church, uncle Chris’, etc hasn’t made it into my pantry as a staple. Generally, I like to make my own rubs rather than using premixed bottles, but like I said, “the bbq rub” is a great base. Try it at least once!

    2. I just happen to have some of that rub. Bought it when I was in Tennessee 😂

    3. I was looking for this comment. I 100% agree.

My local BBQ shop owner makes his own bbq sauce that is absolutely fantastic. He didn’t know that I knew that he made his own bbq sauce. His BBQ sauce sits on the shelf like everyone else’s. I asked him what bbq he could recommend to me. I want to say he didn’t get to his BBQ sauce until the 3rd or 4th option. Not once saying it was his BBQ sauce or why I should buy it. I of course bought his as I planned on getting a few bottles anyway on top of another sauce I was looking for. It was never a test but I can 100% say with confidence that I would trust his opinion on what I need for my BBQ needs.

  5. Only the real ones know about the italian dressing marinade so good

    1. You should try marinating & grilling chicken in balsamic vinaigrette. One of my favorite entrees to make & the taste will blow you away if you caramelize it the right way!!

  6. “I mean look at that piece of chicken” the voice change threw me off 😂😂

    1. I prefer to mix up the Good Seasons Italian dressing using red wine vinegar for my marinade. I chop a green onion and throw it in the bag also. 2 mashed garlic cloves.
      Those look absolutely amazing!! Perfect!
You could probably sell those all day long …. 😋

  7. Looks great! Some people complain about eating the char, saying it’s cancer causing but it’s all good to me

    1. Probably going to get cancer from something else. Might as well enjoy the chicken

    2. Seems like everything is cancer causing, I’m not giving up my char 😂

  8. Italian dressing is absolutely magic on grilled chicken. Malcolm never disappoints.

    1. I marinate breasts in it, and I don’t even need to add seasoning or sauce. Still tastes great!

    2. @Fisheatpho definitely not sour at all. It makes it more savory. The oil and vinegar really tenderizes it.

    3. I love a Kraft Zesty Italian dressing on a regular og iceberg lettuce salad as well. It’s so classic, soooo tasty😋

    1. @valerio2230 to be perfectly honest with you my brother, I’m not very good at cooking/grilling. It’s definitely a talent. Some ppl can study and learn all of the proper techniques on how to cook and grill, and still not be great at it. Some ppl have the gift, and others don’t. I’m humble enough to admit that I’m better off letting someone else do the cooking/grilling 😂. I know my lane.

  9. I would like at least six pieces of chicken please and thank you! I wouldn’t even want any sides, just tequila 😂😂😂
