Pretty sure that cabbage pancakes come from Japan, Korea might have their own version though.

Chef Ramsay, I have a request for you if you are ever in Michigan. Thereโs a little farm restaurant called โ Slyvan table.โ It is a great restaurant worth trying especially with family or friends.
