Pretty sure that cabbage pancakes come from Japan, Korea might have their own version though.
You are right: they originated in Japan, in Osaka, I believe.

I just finished reading Forbidden Chef Secrets and honestly, it’s packed with stuff I’ve never seen in regular cookbooks. The way it explains everything changed how I cook at home.
Thanks for sharing!
thank you
Looks so good
I swear this is the last time I’m watching an American making food. So much oil, sugar, and garbage stacked on top of each other! Best part was where she said that the salt will take out some of the Natural Water in the veggies, does that imply that we also have Artificial Water?! 😂
Chef Ramsay, I have a request for you if you are ever in Michigan. There’s a little farm restaurant called “ Slyvan table.” It is a great restaurant worth trying especially with family or friends.
Asian street toast looks delicious, I want to try it👍
Well this is amazing. I love it!
My menu today is
🍝 Spaghetti with Spanish chorizo 😋
I’m the sauce?
Leaving original comment but I actually meant, “Chorizo in the sauce? ” 🤦🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️

talking about textures and what not while making a sandwich like its some kind of out of this world type a thing to make 😀
