  1. I like all three recipes but I’ve seen celebrity food chefs undercook their eggs – I can’t do it. How did you know each batch was done appropriately?

  2. I don’t mean any disrespect to any of those celebs. but those eggs look so runny to me which in my mind means it’s undercooked. Was I taught how to cook eggs wrong or something? I am gonna have to have a chat with my mom now.

    1. Lol@chat with ur mom. Its just a different method than the usual hard scramble. Its very good, ive tried gordon ramsay method.

    2. I’ve cooked them like this since my mom taught me when I was seven years old. The results should not be runny or undercooked. The low and slow method makes scrambled eggs that are like a custard, which I find absolutely delicious. If it’s properly cooked, there will be no runny liquid, just soft, creamy eggs. Now I want scrambled eggs!
