WATERMELON LEMONADE
Components
1/2 medium watermelon
2 tablespoons ready-made sugar syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
15-20 fresh mint leaves
A pinch of black salt
Watermelon balls for garnish
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Lemon pieces for garish
Method
1. Peel and cut watermelon into 1/2 inch cubes. Deseed and put watermelon cubes into a blender container.
2. Add sugar syrup, lemon juice, mint leaves, black salt and blend to a fine mixture.
3. Put the mixture into serving glasses, include crushed ice in each glass and garnish with watermelon balls, mint sprigs and lemon pieces. Serve instantly.
