  1. Tyler, you are so talented and have been a fan of yours for decades. Your Thanksgiving recipes are sublime. I wished FoodNetwork didn’t farm you out to that food truck show with all those nitwits…much like the Worst Cooks show and Cutthroat Kitchen. Tired of game shows and would love them to get back to the basics that brought them fame. This menu looks amazing.

  3. Hi Chef.
    Can the filets be done in the reverse sear method? I have much better results with an even cook when I reverse sear compared to searing and then roasting.
