Looks good but although I know they sell them in Europe, that is NOT a tortilla, either flour or corn! In the US, you’d have to use a wrap instead.
Wheat tortillas are a thing.
@@elegantdisarray Flour tortillas are a thing, but this is not a flour tortilla; it’s too flat. Also, neither corn nor flour tortillas are as flexible as what he’s using. I recognize it because I’ve lived in Europe, but it’s nothing like what Mexicans (and New Mexicans, Texans etc.) call a tortilla.
