1/4 cup white sesame seeds (safed til).
1 cup fresh coriander leaves.
4 garlic cloves.
1/2 inch ginger, roughly chopped.
2 green chillies.
2 tbsps gathiya.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Salt to taste.
1. Put the coriander leaves in a blender container, include garlic cloves, ginger, white sesame seeds, green chillies, gathiya, lemon juice, salt and 1/4 cup water and mix to a great paste.
2. Transfer into a bowl. Serve.
