This scrambled eggs recipe is exactly how my grandmother does them. She is a simple country woman, with no cooking education (or education period, eastern Europeans will understand), but her scrambled eggs are stuff of legend in the family. She got the recipe from her mother who used to cook eggs on a wood fire clay stove and has now passed it onto me. Seeing Gordon Ramsay cook scrambled eggs like that hit different because of this. My grandma’s a Michelin star chef in disguise, I always knew it 😂
