I know Americans like square orange blocks but it isn’t cheese. There’s no mozzarella in the video either and looking at the quality of the ingredients I highly doubt there’s Gruyere either.

A lotta hate in the comments for the American cheese. It’s a very effective melting agent for the other two cheeses. Just sayin’. Emulsifying salts are amazing.
