Why does the handle on Tefal frying pans always come loose and sometimes you can’t even tighten it up meaning you’ll have to buy a new one. Very bad design.

I’ve always steered clear of tfal brand because from what I’ve read, PTFE is not a safe coating to cook with. I’m surprised you use this brand. I’m sure you’ve done research though, so please tell me!

Did it on regular old pan with a lot of scratches – and the result is 😋🥞. It’s more about right mixture and hot surface. For those, who wants small fluffy pancakes: glass of kefir, glass of whole flour, 1 egg, 0.5 tsp soda + 15 min of waiting

Love the recipe. Surprised about the TeFal those are about 50 from the top of good pans. Don’t know if they changed the way they were made because some time back they were unhealthy. I will keep my non stick Ninja cookware does everything non stick.
