Coconut milk – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Salt
30 mins soaked basmati rice – 1 cup

    1. Use correct quantity of water mam, &soaking time of rice too important…time depends on the rice we use,add ghee for biryani… thank you

    why paneer becomes rubbery when we fry it? Moreover when we fry paneer without adding any spices it was very tasteless also mam. what to do?

    1. Don’t Saute paneer too much …If you want it more spicy you can marinate the Paneer pieces with chillie powder before sauting..

  8. Hi mam what side dish will suit for this. For me also while doing nuts pulao rice becomes more dried
