Where’s the lamb sauce?!!!
Hey I just watched this episode, might as well watch it again
This is my most watched episode 😂 I even fall asleep to it
Me too 😂😂
Still looking for the sauce
An oldy but a goody.
Agreed. It’s one of the best episodes imo
11:37 It’s funny how he thinks that’s an indicator of quality. Supermarkets want low prices and high quantity. That’s why you won’t find quality pizzas there.
He only cares about getting famous lmao
“All of you are going to become great tossers”
29:00 You can’t complain if you haven’t hired a cleaner. Doesn’t have to be in-house. People who are not cleaners have to focus on what they’re hired to do.
What has enraged Gordon was more the “my menu is so different its awesome just for being so different” owner.
Another example of great staff and a moronic leader who never deserved to have a crew like that.
Sebastian’s is no longer open. It closed in January 2008, only a few months after its Kitchen Nightmares episode aired in November 2007.
Despite Gordon Ramsay’s attempts to simplify the menu and improve the food quality, the closure was attributed to a few key factors:
Reverting to Old Ways: Reportedly, owner Sebastian Di Modica reverted to his complicated original menu almost immediately after Ramsay and the film crew left.
Relocation: At the time of the closure, Sebastian stated he was moving back to Boston to deal with family matters.
The Building: The physical location in Toluca Lake, California, later housed other restaurants (including “The Red Door” and “Robano’s”), but the original building was eventually demolished in 2023.
Since the closure, Sebastian Di Modica has left the restaurant industry. He moved back to Massachusetts where he reportedly started a landscaping business called New England Tree Company and even briefly explored local politics by running for a position as a selectman.
you’re a legend man
What was the concept of his landscaping business?
@Rahhelthethird😂😂
@Rahhelthethird The concept included 20 attempts to cut don one tree.
I love this one, Sebastian’s 😂
Has a wood burning oven… microvawes pizza
Gets offended because Gordon called him out

22:30 “All of you are going to become great tossers.” – Gordon Ramsay, OBE
When Gordon goes to these restaurants he should literally cook the dishes on their menu so they can see real technique vs bullshit.
9:50 I just know Sonja cringed so hard after saying that she had to run away asap
I love how they use their rationalization for frozen food only AFTER they’ve been caught out for lying. Nothing worse than a fucking liar, ESPECIALLY when someone’s trying to help you and needs an accurate picture!!
Gordon’s face. Ahh I’m dying😂😂😂
Have I seen this episode 25+ times? Yep. Am I gonna watch it again? Yep!
