    1. Wear gloves if you plan to touch😬 that marinade. Trust me, rubbing your eyes or doing number 2 will be an experience you may or may not like😉

  6. If you want the plantains sweeter let the skin darken more almost to the point of spoiling it. All the sweet sugars will come out when you fry it.

  7. I’ve watched this at 8am and best believe I’m having some Caribbean good today. Maybe some oxtails. But for breakfast ackee n saltfish with boil dumplings and green banana and yellow yams.

  8. 1/4″ thick? I’d say that’s not even directionally close!!
