MANGO CHOCOLATE MARBLE CAKE
Components
2 tablespoons mango pulp
2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 cups fine-tuned flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
1 cup yogurt
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Melted mango jam as needed
Method
1. Preheat the oven at 180 ยฐ C.
2. Take refined flour in a bowl. Include baking powder, baking soda, salt, yogurt, sugar, oil, milk and whisk well.
3. Divide the batter into 2 equal portions.
4. Add cocoa powder and vanilla essence to 1 part and mango pulp to other part.
5. Take a silicon loaf mould and pour the mango batter at the base. Pour chocolate batter on the top and swirl with a toothpick to give marbled impact.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
7. Enable to cool and de-mould. Drizzle melted mango jam, piece and serve.
