MAASH PITIKA
Ingredients
250 grams rohu fish pieces
4 tablespoons mustard oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
Salt to taste
Slit green chilli for garnish

Method

1. Heat 3 tablespoons mustard oil in a non-stick pan. Place rohu fish and cook from both the side for 4-5 minutes on a medium heat and drain on an absorbent paper.
2. Discard the skin, bones and remove the flesh.
3. Transfer the fish flesh in a bowl. Add onion, green chillies, salt and remaining mustard oil and mix well.
4. Transfer in a serving bowl, garnish with slit green chilli and serve.
