Bacon grease is GOLD…if you throw it away, you’re a waste
I mean…. my stomach seems to do it quite well.
My mom would keep it in a Folger’s can under the sink. Right near the saved scraps of aluminum foil.
I do not drain mine. I keep it in the fridge uncovered in a stainless steel bowl 🤷🏻♀️ It never has gone bad. I’m 66, it’s been used in my family for generations. #liquidgold
