Love it, now show me green beans. Thanks
Nicole, my mother (who was from Alabama) used to make fried corn from fresh corn on the cob. I call it fried as she always prepared it in a cast iron skillet. It wasn’t cream style corn. All I can remember was fresh corn cut off the cob and butter. I have never been able to duplicate that taste. Can you help?
My grandparents did the exact same thing. The key is frying the corn until it starts to caramelize. We add salt and pepper in addition to the butter… so simple, but so good!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.
Yummy
I love me a good pot of collards with a side of cornbread. I sometimes mixed them with mustard or turnip greens
This reminds me of how my grandma made her southern collard greens 😄
I need to start making this more often! Especially since my family loves collard greens!
Collards are my favorite greens, and this was an excellent tutorial.✔👍 I had no idea anyone made collard slaw!
