Crème brûlée is a decadent French dessert including a custard base and a caramelized sugar crust. Just like the traditional version, Nicole McLaughlin serves this dessert in specific ramekins. You can utilize a butane torch to achieve the best caramelization if you 'd like, but the crème brûlée dish in this video is easily completed under your oven's broiler.

Very nice thanks for sharing 💝💖🌹🤝💞🇵🇰
Look yummy
reminds me of crema catalana
As much as we love Nicole, her expertise and her recipes, I noticed in the Description down below that you say “chefS”, as in plural.
Where and/or when can we find these other chefS and their recipes or is this exclusively Nicole’s show?
Anyone?
Yummmm!!

Next, please do Nesselrode pie!
Looks very rich and good ☺️
Rice pudding 🎉
Ok that was nice, but now you should make a flan.
When I used to make this I would make the Caramel In a pan first, then pour onto the bottom of the ramekin then add the custard part on top. Cook, then turn out upside down so that the caramel is now on top. I always thought that was the proper way to make it.
Please make a NY style cheesecake. I am apprehensive about it.
I temper the same way. Old dogs rule ❤
