  2. Hey Alex if you happen to read this please know that I’m a fellow New Yorker, an egg enthusiast, and one of your biggest fans! Chopped is one of my favorite Food Network shows ever! You’re always so down to earth and easy going but you bring the competitive spirit whenever you compete. That really resonates with me. Your the best! And I’ll probably never get to meet you and my current financial state precludes me from eating out at your restaurants but I’d love to actually enjoy your food in person someday! ❤

    1. I’d love to dine in one of your restaurants. Your presence would make my day. We would only talk food so the encounter would be great. Please enjoy your Holiday season and have a Happy and Prosperous 2023! ❤️

    1. Came to the comments to mention the float test. Can’t believe she didn’t 😮. Floats in the water, no good. Stands on end, questionable and if you are to eat it, do it soon.

  8. The way to check an eggs freshness -put egg in a bowl of water…if the egg sinks it is fresh…the more it floats the worse it is. Never eat an egg that floats to the top-it is spoiled! So remember, an egg that stays at bottom is a good egg!

  9. How many videos do we need of Alex showing us how to cook eggs? Isnt this the third. Hey all you ten-year-olds listen up.. Or go watch the first two. 😂

  10. Hey Alex, I’m with you when it comes to adding water to my scrambled eggs. Goes well with my homemade chili sauce– it’s not so sweet like you find a the store. Have you ever had olives in your egg salad?? been doing it for years. Let’s do lunch sometime 😂🥂 Happy New Year
