This is the way I make our Ice cream for over 10 years now. It’s great in summer when you have the fresh fruit, and it works amazing in winter with jams and curds. It’s a pleasure with biscuits or Marshmallows in the mix. Everything you can think of is worth a go. And if you need a stunning Dessert, freeze it in a bread tin that is lined with clingfilm. Take it out 15 minutes before serving and cut it into slices. With a little fruit on the side it looks and tastes like a lot of work but is easy and can be made a week a head without problem.
