I don’t know if it’s just me but some chicken have tastier thigh meat than other breeds. Really wished chefs found out which is which (just like they know which potato is best for mash).

iv done chicken and mushroom pies before with exact same method but never used milk always stock and was banging. so can make it cheaper without the milk and get it to under £1 a portion without compromising on flavour ❤
