@Josef Svejk Joe, I do my own shopping, I cook my own food and limit my eating out ‘cause I don’t know what I’m gonna get… I learned that from an old Filipino chef a long time ago… in the late 50s when I was still in high school. Stuck with me ever since. If it’s any consolation, I meant no disparagement to the dish. I really like Italian food but I prepare it for me not for the public. Been doing that for so long I don’t know anything else; however, I don’t cotton to too much favor to “you’ve gotta try this because ‘it’s taking the world by storm’” inference. Fair weather to you.

Insofar as watching, I look at the picture and then open it if it looks as if it may offer some different approach to a meal I also prepare and subscribe to many, many food originators and garden as well. But implying that a name is enough to try something when I can tell the difference between pasta and tomato and something different by name only, uh-uh, it riles me somewhat. Fair weather.
