  2. Not only did the flavors sound amazing but the dish was truly gorgeous, but also approachable. I remember one episode of Masterchef Canada where Chef Michael Bonacini said it best “Food should look beautiful on the plate but also make sense for the guest who has to eat it” and this just nails it all the way around.
