If you’re american and watch this please notice: Nothing about this Hotel is Austrian or even Viennese except maybe for the rude Owners. The food has nothing to do with austrian food.
I was recently in Vienna (I’m from the US) and can confirm. At least the restaurants I visited, the food was extremely colorful, fresh, seasonal, and the decor was modern and pristine. The only thing that reminded me of the real Vienna were the extremely friendly staff.
As someone who lives in Vienna, this is ridiculous 😂 maybe the dresses they wear for uniform called dirndls

I’ve always wondered if Gordon actually stays overnight in these places or if he just pretends to sleep and shower there. I’d hope he has a trailer or stays elsewhere, but it’s funny to imagine a guy worth over $200 mil staying at them.

My first impression of the Inn was bad and went down hill at Warp Speed. When Gordon lacks the words to describe the situation things are really bad. The deaf, blind, and mute would be better managers than the owners.Johnathan is a exceptional example of a hen pecked husband and Lisa locked in the wine cellar.

I think the wife has some serious narcissistic tendencies. I was briefly married to one of their ilk and they are NEVER wrong! They aren’t wrong and can never be wrong. Even if it’s to their complete advantage to do things another way. It has to be their way, even if it’s an utter train wreck. They never take accountability either. It’s everyone else/or their “situation”. This couple, especially the wife, comes across as incredibly sketchy and this made their reputation as “swingers” very believable to their community. I wish the best for the people who worked for them, and hope the couple stay out of working with the public.

Ya know, this thought just came to me– The only reason Ramsey started the whole Hotel Hell thing is because he’s been in so many hotels due to his very nomadic career. After watching so many episodes of kitchen nightmares, idk how that just came to mind
The beat part of this episode is when Lisa starts to cry during the guests reviews and puts her head on Jonathan’s shoulder and says “hold me” and he yanks her off of him by pulling her hair! So great!
