Hi there Gordon Ramsay I am enjoying the Kitchen Nightmares show on your YouTube channel and showing what not to do in the kitchen in that restaurant because they will make their customers sick with foodborne illnesses
I ALWAYS feel bad for the waiters!! They deal with the brunt from the public. Notice how kind Gordon is towards the waiting staff. He does the same with his own restaurants even his fast food restaurants. Visited a few + the waiting staff get 18% of the total chq on top of their wages. Gordon follows thru with what he says!!

Sometimes I wonder if these shows are staged ..I just recently retired from the business after 52 years and have never seen this kind of stuff
Of course they are, it’s Hollywood, same with Hell’s Kitchen, it’s all scripted..
I think they are staged to some extent for show but I believe they are all dysfunctional restuarants to begin with
bob there’s no way the production crew is coming in and putting a 3 month old layer of grease and mold on everything
It’s a big country and there’s 342 million opportunities for this stuff to happen. A whole lot of addicts, mentally ill and lazy people that need to make a living.
