Petrozza – 15 mistakes (went to bed early and had difficulty with the menu, started shiffle about menu with sous chef Scott, unnecessary brush, too sweet and lacking salt, dominant sweet flavor, lost the third round, risotto doesn’t work with meat , lost the fourth round, could have been lighter, a little tough, could have been creamier and the meat lacked seasoning
Christina – 12 mistakes (didn’t know where Dubai is, steak was tasteless because it lacked salt when cut, lost the first round, combination, dry meat and lacked salt, lost the second round, peppers, inferior last dish and lost the last round, didn’t like decoration)
