The way he said mole was bothering the crap out of me.
Those would be called enmoladas, Wich are basically enchiladas but with mole instead of the regular sauce
(And they would normally be topped with sour cream, fresh cheese and pickled red onions)
But very good recipe overall

Jamie is one of the most talented chefs in the world. Love him to bits. Huge fan since he first emerged on telly. From his days at River Cafe.
Use many of his recipe books over the years. His shortcuts/ hacks are genius. His one pot meals and 30 min meals are brilliant!
My Mom was also a huge fan – she didn’t miss any of his cooking shows.
Loved watching his kids grow up and seeing the one even launch his own cooking series.
