Keep your stomach light during sultry days with this flavourful Smashed Cucumber and the revitalizing Cucumber Lemon Cooler combo.



2-3 medium English cucumbers
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp castor sugar
2 tsps red chilli oil
1 tbsp rice red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon toasted white sesame seeds


1. Smash the English cucumbers with the back of a knife and diagonally slice them. Transfer in a large bowl, add salt and blend well. Reserve for 5-10 minutes.
2. To make the dressing, integrate together dark soy sauce, garlic paste, castor sugar, red chilli oil, and rice red wine vinegar in a bowl.
3. Add the dressing into the cucumber mixture and mix well. Add sesame oil and toasted white sesame seeds and blend well.
4. Transfer on a serving plate. Serve.


Active ingredients

4 medium green cucumbers
2 lemons
2 inch ginger
3 green chillies
Black salt to taste
Ice cubes as needed
Mint leaves as required
Carbonated lemon beverage as required


1. Slice 1/2 green cucumber thinly. Chop the rest and contribute to the mixer container.
2. Include ginger, green chillies and capture lemon. Include black salt and mix finely.
3. Add the chopped cucumbers in specific glasses, add ice cubes and some more ice.
4. Include mint leaves, some more ice cubes and some more cucumber slices.
5. Pour the prepared drink over and top up with fizzy lemon drink.
6. Serve chilled.
