  1. The dollar sign after the “15”… that tells you what you need to know lol.

  2. 100% of the people who use “Gordon” to “save their business” or “save their family” are only doing it for the free advertising because they’re about to sell the place. That’s it. They just want Gordon to come around and fix the place up for them.

    1. Well while a lot do end up still closing, some places featured on this show are still open. So no, not 100% of people do this just to fix up the place and sell.

    2. @justinlynch3 Sorry, 99.8%. My bad.
Oh and by the way, my argument wasn’t that they all close. My argument was that they all sell. The hotel in this video is no different. How do you think the show finds candidates?
And I think 99% is close enough.

    3. @comedianmattrossey Google it. It’s about 80% and those stats are taken 3 years after the show airs. After 5 years the number gets worse. After 10 years, it’s 94%. Since 2012, it’s over 99%.

  3. That’s absolute animal cruelty, and he should be in jail for what he’s doing

    1. Kristen you’ve made over a hundred comments on the same repeating videos on this channel for years. Who is the loser here, the sons who’s parents can afford a million in debt and keep their business running a decade after this show aired, or a random woman bitching endlessly on YouTube videos of a twenty year old show lmfao

    1. Good. A pot lodge sounds amazing, incredible music jam sessions, I really don’t see much wrong with this place.

    2. Of course it is. Lol a nice place out in the woods to get high and drink will never go out of business in the Rouge Valley 😂😂😂 we’ve got priorities here😂😂😂😂😂

    3. @GothAtheistmy step-dad played that night. He’s since passed away frim cancer, but he was such a good musician and singer 😢

    1. I mean it’s probably because he was so open about it and while being at work. I’m sure Gordon smokes a doob I just know it 😂 he has an image to protect he can’t be like hell ya dude party on haha

  4. Gordon, bro, weed isn’t a drug, and I’d be glad to end up like Richard there.

  5. There’s literally NOTHING wrong with being a stoner, and you can ABSOLUTELY be a stoner and run a successful business, Gordon just kinda bein prejudice here.

  6. Yes, because GREAT MUSIC is dreadful noise. Just because you lack chill, don’t have a single chill bone in your body, are just one huge tense spring all the time, doesn’t mean you should attack those who do like this man.

  7. Why why’d you sell it when it makes more money than what you get for selling it

  8. He’s too busy doing nothing? HE BUILT THE DAMN PLACE!!! Let him smoke his weed and chill, that’s literally what he deserves, his reward for all that work!!

  9. At the end of the day, Rich is much happier than anyone in the room, including Gordon.

  10. As soon as he said “this is not a business to me” I knew it was over before it began 😂

  11. The son who said my brother cares about numbers and I care about feelings and vibes shouldn’t be allowed within 100 ft of a business. And I live in Medford, OR, not far from here…and this mindset isn’t uncommon.

  12. This is right outside my home town. My mom is in this, she’s one of the people dancing, and my step-dad was in the band. She was so excited to meet Gordon.
