CHOCOLATE CHIP

Components

2-3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips + to spray
1 1/2 tbsps boiled mint paste
1 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup chopped white chocolate
1/4 tsp peppermint essence
2 cups whipped cream
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Technique

1. Heat a nonstick pan. Include fresh cream, mint leaves and once the mixture concerns a gentle boil, take the pan off the stress the mix in a bowl, add chocolate and blend well till chocolate melts.
2. Include mint paste, peppermint essence and mix well.
3. Include whipped cream and mix with light hands. Include dark chocolate chips and mix well.
4. Transfer a part of the ice cream mix in an airtight container and sprinkle some chocolate chips.
5. Repeat the process till all the mix is consumed.
6. Close the cover and freeze for 6-8 hours.
7. Scoop and serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
